Sneaker roundup 2016

2016, a year full of sneaker heat flew by. I made a roundup of all the pairs I’ve collected this year and seriously, I think I did a hell of a good job. I invested only in the ones that are timeless and clean, and still make a statement. No more pairs for a day, but for a lifetime instead. And last but not least: there’s a final pair I didn’t showed yet.. the last pair of 2016, scroll through to find out more! Wishing you all a happy New Year and hope to see ya ass again in 2017 :)! xx adidas Gazelle Axel Arigato Velocity Nike Air Max Plus Satin Puma x Stampd Blaze of Glory Nike Air Presto New Balance 990 adidas NMD R1 Puma by Rihanna Creeper by Rihanna Zign Puma Suede Platform Elemental Sandro Paris Velcro Trainer *Tadaaa* Puma by Rihanna Velvet Creeper

Cozy feet

Although I’m posing with bare arms, it was cold as f*** while taking these pictures. Luckily these PUMA Suede’s kept me warm, especially my feet. The Germans keep serving one heat after another, and know how to survive the winter season in style. Give me stacked soles, cozy uppers, gold accents and I’m a happy person :))) You can easily wear this pair with your fave track pants, a fancy dress or, like I did, distressed denims to play with the soft/raw contrasts. If its getting too cold just go for some cozy socks and you’re ready to take-over. Overlays

Fall has arrived (duh), and I’m already struggling to beat the cold. And it’s not even winter yet… Could I just bring my pyjama’s and blanket with me all the time, oh well. Maybe I will. Sometime. *disappears under my blanket again* Okay, back to reality. I’ve tried to work with layers (what else is new, right? haha), but more visible than ever! The layers now create a whole new shape and silhouette. Paired with my new track pants found on the men’s department (seriously girls, how can you skip that part), I feel super cozy cozy. Perfect outfit to run between all of my daily activities, while keeping warm at the same time. I think I kinda start to like this cold weather… Wearing | Mango coat | Monki striped shirt | H&M shirt | H&M men’s trackpants | Urban Outfitters cap | &Other Stories earrings | adidas Originals Superstar sneakers |

Adjust + Adapt

Adjust and adapt, exactly what comes to mind after traveling through Bali last month. I will share more about this amazing trip later – with a travel guide included :) – but first I have to adjust & adapt to the normal life again (read: no more mind-blowing sunsets, 24/7 tasty foods and no more refreshing swimming sessions in the sea / pool haha). Time to take of my backpack and go for a simple on-the-run model, which is this cute Swivel pouch from London based Alfie Douglas. Perfect for an office/meeting/event kinda day as the bag adapts to your needs. You can convert the leather straps to a shoulder/crossbody look or you can wear the pouch around the waist as a bumbag/fannypack. Big enough for your most important necessities and small enough to blend in with your look and run away with it. And last but not least, if you look very closely you will notice my initials as a monogram in the corner of the bag. Personal touches are the best

Concrete matters

Talking about concrete matters, as my new adidas Gazelle’s immediately reminded me of this specific material. They are just as timeless, solid and clean so that’s why I’m dedicating this full look to the compact grey sea, concrete. I’ve paired it up with this grey ribbed culotte, trousers I could almost live in… It’s so comfy and fits with everything. Love how they create a bit of a slouchy look with a right amount of chicness. I bought it 3 sizes up though creating the perfect oversized fit. A grey top and my Sun Buddies complete this solid grey look, ending up by totally blending in with the environment. | adidas Gazelle sneakers | Topshop culotte | Weekday top | Sun Buddies sunglasses | Nicole Vienna watch |

Borrowed from the boys

Taking the best from both worlds, I love to shop on menswear departments (as you might already found out). And when I can (and he doesn’t notice), I grab some from my boyfriend’s wardrobe as well. This time I’ve managed to get my hands on his new Sandro cap. Kinda jaleous, it’s the perfect white cap and even on sale. Together with my new XL tee that was left in a little dark corner, this is the perfect answer for a ‘borrowed from the boys’ kinda day. | Zign sneakers | H&M tee (men) | &Other Stories shorts | Sandro cap |

This pink makes you blush

Here I am, wearing something totally different than the usual white, grey or black ensembles. And to be honest, I’m really feeling this pink muted tone. So I decided to go full out with it and created a head to too (well, almost) look. As I don’t own sneakers in the same tone – yet – I paired it up with one of my everyday beaters from this moment: the white creepers from Rihanna’s PUMA collection. So this is a really comfy look for me. The pants are wide legged and made from a really soft denim fabric. I bought the tee two sizes bigger as I’m a big fan of oversized silhouettes (duh). You can chuck it in, or just leave it hangin’ for a slouchy vibe. COS tee & earrings | Urban Outfitters pants | Sun Buddies sunglasses | PUMA by Rihanna creepers |

Cap stories

Say hello to my latest cap addition! This soft grey one is from Dutch up-and-comer Saf & Sade who’s minimal & pure designs forms a whole new movement. As a huge cap addict I really like to discover new brands set up by young and creative individuals, especially when they push boundaries and try to seek for new crossovers in the fields of streetwear, minimalism & gender. Saf & Sade is just a perfect example of that. I’m wearing the cap with a pastel’ish ensemble for a playful look, only a big ass ice-cream is missing… Anyhow, I sure can’t wait to take it with me during my upcoming trips to Berlin, Paris and… Bali

Concrete sea

oops, I’ve been very absent lately. Some may know I’m running my own business next to blogging and last few weeks were hectic, really hectic. But that’s a good thing right, so I can’t complain! I’d like to be more dedicated though concerning my activities for un-cluttered, but as you see it doesn’t always works out the way I like. So sorry about that, I try to catch up from now on! In the mean time I got my hands on a really cool project together with my boyfriend. Can’t tell too much already but who follows me on snapchat (ChloeAlyshea) may have seen a little preview! For this secret collab we were looking for a cool location to shoot and we came across this AH-MAH-ZING rooftop. It felt like I was walking on a concrete sea, well, sort of ;). I couldn’t resist to shoot a new look at this place for un-cluttered as well, so here we go. I’m wearing this floaty white ensemble together with the Velocity sneakers from Axel Arigato. It’s …

Kat’s Meow

After my first adventure with Ace & Tate last month, our story continues with even more eyecandy! This time I’m flirting with the Kat’s Meow, the very first premium sunglasses released by the brand last week. The frames are available in two colorways: black and… marble (omg yes!), both executed with copper temples. The sunglasses come in limited editions with only 150 pieces available each color. For those who follow me for a while now, know I have this little marble obsession going on for years. So when I found out about this special release, I just knew these were going to be mine. For always, and always. Meow! Ace & Tate Kat Meow Frames | &Other Stories sweater | Zara Trousers & Earrings | New Balance 990 Sneakers |
